The Global Ocean Ecosystem Dynamics (GLOBEC) regional program, Ecosystem
Studies of Sub-Arctic Seas (ESSAS), announces its third annual science
meeting, to be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, 15-17 September
2008. The meeting will be held at the Lord Nelson Hotel in downtown
Halifax, with a reception at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography (BIO)
at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Canada. The registration fee
is $150.
The meeting will be divided by a combination of workshops and symposia,
with ample opportunity for participants to engage in the discussion.
Those wishing to present talks or papers should contact the specific
session organizer. At this time, there is no plan for a poster session.
