Authors are invited for the Encyclopedia of Global Warming and Climate
Change, a three-volume reference to be published in 2008 by Sage
Publications.
This comprehensive work will be marketed and sold to college, public,
and academic libraries and includes some 700 articles covering all
aspects of the world environment and related disciplines in the social
sciences, including terms and practices, profiles of climate change by
country, biographies, and descriptions of environmental organizations.
Each article will range from 550 to 5,000 words and be signed by the
contributor.
Contributors will be given honoraria that range from a USD $50 book
credit at Sage Publications for article submissions totaling 500 to
1,000 words, up to a free set of the finished encyclopedia (USD $400
value) for contributions totaling 10,000 words.

articles and brief summary of their background in environmental and
