Organizers announce a call for abstracts for the 15th International Circumpolar Remote Sensing Symposium (ICRSS). The theme of the symposium is Polar Regions in Transformation – Climatic Change and Anthropogenic Pressures and will convene 10-14 September 2018 in Potsdam, Germany.
Abstracts are being accepted for oral and poster presentations. All abstracts, presentations, and posters must be in English.
Interested contributors should submit an abstract of a maximum of 500 words, accompanied by the following information:
- Presentation title;
- Lead author’s name, affiliation, and email address;
- Name(s) and affiliation(s) of co-authors;
- Presentation type (poster or oral presentation); and
- Abstract.
Abstracts must be sent electronically as a Microsoft Word or OpenOffice document. Submitters should indicate if requesting the presentation as a poster or oral presentation.
Authors will be notified of acceptance of their contributions no later than 1 June 2018. If earlier confirmation is required to meet travel approval requirements, contact Gabriela Schlaffer (Gabriela.schlaffer [at] awi.de) and provide, at a minimum, a draft of the abstract.
