The Polar Science Early Career Community Office (PSECCO) invites registration for their Belonging, Accessibility, Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (BAJEDI) Workshop for Polar Early Career Scientists. This free, virtual workshop will take place via Zoom on 3 October 2023,
10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Mountain Time (8:00–11:00 a.m. Alaska Time).
In this workshop, participants can expect to deepen their awareness and understanding of BAJEDI concepts, identify workplace barriers that impede BAJEDI, learn and begin to practice tools for improving your workplace culture, and inspire each other through discussions.
Registrants must be able to attend the entire workshop and the workshop will be capped at 50 participants. If more than 50 applications are recieved, any additional applicants will be put on a waiting list. All those who attend will receive a certificate of completion for their participation in the BAJEDI Training Workshop.
